Tianna D. Cann, MPA

Director of Operations

Graduate of Bethel University, in Mckenzie, Tennessee with a Bachelors of Arts & Science in Biology with a minor Psychology. She completed her graduate level courses at Grand Canyon University, in which she obtained her Master of Public Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Management. Tianna has an extensive background in Program Management in the nonprofit sector. Her primary focus is addressing the social determinants of health in rural areas and promoting community growth. As a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated, Tianna prides herself on “helping other people exceed”.



Sandra Lewis, LCSW

Clinical Administrative Officer

Master degree in Social Work from University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelors of Art. Current with all state licensing requirements, including LCSW. Over 10 years of clinical
experience working with children, families, adults and elderly populations in both outpatient
and inpatient settings. Sandra’s approach is collaborative, compassionate, non-judgmental and goal-oriented. Her goal is to help the client find stability, healing, health and wellness in a measurable way.

Rochelle Hooper, LMSW

Chief Administrative Officer

Master degree in Social Work from Arizona State University with an emphasis in Behavioral
Health. Current with all state licensing requirements, including LMSW. Over 5 years of clinical experience in a variety of settings including, crisis, nonprofits, private practice, outpatient and the Juvenile court system. Her belief is change is evolution and requires strength and motivation. Her goal is to provide you the necessary tools and foundation for personal growth and success.

Yasan Washington

Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)

Bachelors of Arts and Science in Psychology at Grambling State University in Grambling, Louisiana. With over 5 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Field. Mr. Washington is a proud member of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Incorporated and stands on the vision of ‘Building a tradition, Not resting upon one!’ Yasan plans on using his skill set to help build the lives of others.
